"You mean I have to do this again, tomorrow?!"

Quick news: I've been walking more, drifting in and out of a swimming routine. Exercise is good, it's doing it alone that kills me. I've slowed down/shifted priorities/whatever in the past eight weeks but still overall weight loss has continued.

Clocked 115kg today. I'd hoped to hit 110 for my birthday on the 19th, and at this rate I certainly won't hit 100kg in 2015, but that doesn't discourage me.

Between quitting smoking, drastically changing when/why/how/how much I drink alcohol, it's worth it. Every second it is worth the change.

I'll have to start digging out some photos and make a timeline so you can see the changes I am describing.
